Incident and problem management
Java-based platform experience
Front-office and STP-critical systems
Offshore and onshore team leadership
Controlled SDLC environment experience

API-driven architecture knowledge
Transactional messaging and STP architectures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Culture of continuous improvement
Experience with FIX messaging and IBM MQ
Operational risk and compliance adherence
Key Requirements
Proven middleware platform support experience
Experience in production-critical front-office environment
Degree educated or equivalent experience
