Job Summary

  • Participate in setting and executing HR strategies & implications against the strategic direction of the business area and liaise with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutions.
  • Responsible for managing projects in multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of areas, including recruitment, performance management, people management, employee relations and change management.
