Job Summary
JD: Manage and administer project contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, specifications, drawings, schedules, and other contract documents
Work closely with project teams to establish and maintain the contract baseline, including scope, commercial terms, technical requirements, and project deliverables
Review, evaluate, and monitor contract performance, identify contractual risks and issues, and provide timely recommendations for mitigation and resolution
