P&ID and isometric drawing interpretation
HCSS HeavyBid software proficiency
Leadership in multi-discipline bid production
Advanced cost analysis and contingency planning
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in construction management
Experience with MSP or P6 scheduling tools
Civil concrete and structural steel background
Conceptual estimates and ROM pricing support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years industrial construction estimating experience
At least 2 years in a leadership role
Ability to read P&ID and isometric drawings
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
