Troubleshooting RF generator and matching network
Plasma characterization and troubleshooting
FPGA coding for module control
Knowledge of CE, NEC, IEC, SEMI S2-95 standards

Experience with Plasma Deposition products (CVD, ALD)
Modularizing semiconductor equipment designs

Key Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. degree required
