The Director will provide strategy and vision for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Engagement, leading a team of professional staff to develop a vibrant, engaged, and inclusive FSE community.
Responsibilities include leading strategy, engagement, and communication with students, advisers, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni, while ensuring policy alignment, education, leadership development, and risk mitigation.
The role requires advancing the University Strategic Framework and Campus Life Strategic Vision, designing initiatives for values-based leadership, and administering the Old Gold Standards of Excellence.
