  • This role provides enterprise-level leadership for Employee Relations across the Group, operating as a design and decision-making authority.
  • You will lead and oversee high-impact Employee Relations cases, including senior-level grievances, investigations, disciplinary and whistleblowing matters.
  • An opportunity to work within a global Employee Relations Centre of Excellence, contributing to the development of inclusive, consistent and forward-looking Employee Relations practices.
