Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Commercial Learning & Development – Orthopaedics will lead the design, development, facilitation, and measurement of commercial training programs supporting the Orthopaedics portfolio.
  • This position partners closely with Brand Marketing, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to identify learning needs, translate strategy into actionable training strategy, and deliver programs that enable compliant, high‑impact performance in the field.
