Job Summary
One City Schools seeks an experienced Reading Specialist Teacher to join an interdisciplinary team committed to interactive project-based learning, student self-knowledge and self-advocacy, and collaboration.
The position is responsible for supporting the learning of scholars individually and in small groups, collaborating, coaching, modeling, and consulting with lead and support teachers about best practices in teaching reading.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher
2 years teaching experience in Elementary setting
Reading Teacher - 316 certification
Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience preferred
urban teaching experience preferred
teaching children from diverse backgrounds preferred
Experience in EL or student-led project-based learning preferred
