Houston Transitional Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM at Sunset Villa Post Acute. Candidates must hold a valid nursing license and are responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to residents

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Perform only those nursing care procedures that you have been trained to do and ensure that the resident’s room is ready for receiving the resident.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary.
