Job Summary
This role owns the strategy, execution, quality, and continuous improvement of proposal cost models, pricing outputs, and compliant cost volumes.
The Senior Proposal Manager ensures proposal pricing is accurate, defensible, audit‑ready, and competitive, while developing team capability and enforcing standard processes across the proposal lifecycle.
This position partners closely with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Contracts, and Compliance to support proposal reviews, fact‑finding, and negotiations.
