The Health Information Services Associate must be knowledgeable of all rules, regulations, policies and procedures governing the health record information management specialty.
This role is 100% on site and requires adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
The Health Information Services Associate will provide essential support to the Ohio State University student population while ensuring integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all patient health records.

Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED
One year customer service/communications experience
6 months computer operation experience
3 months information research & analysis experience
