2 years building maintenance experience
Basic plumbing electrical mechanical skills
Ability to read blueprints schematics manuals
Physical capability to lift climb work conditions
Nice-to-have
Experience in healthcare long-term care setting
EPA Section 608 Certification preferred
Valid driver license with clean record
Technical training in HVAC or related field
Strong problem solving troubleshooting abilities
