Job Summary

  • Position is assigned responsibilities involving the layout, installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, controls, fixtures and related equipment in facilities.
  • Services, maintains and repairs HVAC systems that control temperature, humidity, air-flow and air-filtering in all types of commercial and light-commercial buildings.
  • This is a full-time state position that provides a percentage of matching contributions to employees’ retirement plans, 11 holidays, and a minimum of 15 days of annual and sick leave per year.
