Job Summary

  • You’ll work within a supportive office-based team supporting a group of field-based VitalCALL Installers.
  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming calls from installers, creating, checking and activating monitoring accounts, auditing completed work, raising purchase orders, invoicing, and collaborating with other departments to help achieve business targets.
