Job Summary

  • The Remedy Assistant Manager will report to the Remedy Manager and is responsible for supporting the overall success and prosperity of the restaurant from both a guest and employee perspective with an emphasis on driving quality of service, guest recognition and floor management to maximize cover capacity.
  • Perform pre-shifts to ensure that each employee has a professional personal appearance, as well as a professional, warm and sincere posture.

Key Requirements

  • 1+ years experience
  • Supervisory or assistant manager position in Food and Beverage
  • Previous Experience in hotel and fine dining preferred
  • Operate computer equipment
  • Knowledge of Open Table and Microsoft applications
  • Previous experience with MICROS or other POS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Elevated Leadership skills
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity

  • Fluency in English
  • Current work authorization in the United States
