Resident Advisors live in an ISU residence hall and are responsible for students’ safety, engagement, personal development, and daily supervision.
RAs help create a positive and inclusive living-learning environment, lead activities, accompany students to classes and events, and serve as role models.
The position involves physical ability to lead and participate in various activities, with a potential out-of-state trip to Kansas City.
