Markel Group is seeking a Support Specialist/Sr. Support Specialist for their Inland Marine division. The role focuses on client servicing and supporting underwriting processes, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality service and building relationships with agents and brokers.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to act as a resource and serve as an integral member of the underwriting team, able to overcome obstacles in the workload and meet timelines by fulfilling underwriting and support responsibilities.
This position will handle day-to-day client servicing including managing workflow, addressing underwriting issues, and reinforcing the ease of doing business with Markel by meeting or exceeding agents’ and brokers’ expectations while providing consistent, high-quality service.
