Job Summary
The General Manager is accountable for effective operations of the laboratories and business functions of SydPath as well as ensuing the delivery of high performing and high-quality service centered on a client focused approach supporting efficient and effective pathology services.
The position will be accountable for supporting new pathology services through business case development and implementation of the strategic plans.

Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (FRACMA), MBA, or equivalent postgraduate management qualification
Senior leadership and management experience

Extensive budget management experience
Superior planning skills
High level knowledge of changing models of care
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Negotiating, influencing, advocacy and problem solving experience
