Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or related field with 4+ years of experience OR PhD with 2+ years of experience
  • Solid modeling CAD tools (Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Mechanical engineering experience in tooling, fixtures, or precision hardware development
  • Elastomer-based interfaces or compliant mechanical interconnect systems
