Salary
Base: $17.75 - $24.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: PST Incentive Plan quarterly bonus based on performance metrics; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits for employees regularly scheduled to work 20+ hours per week

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
6 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from accredited agency (in lieu of experience)
