The Instrumentation Lead is a key leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day calibration and troubleshooting activities to ensure the company’s assets are managed in compliance with cGMP and other applicable standards.
This role ensures equipment availability, reliability, and optimal performance by calibrating and maintaining process, facility, and utility equipment according to established guidelines.
The Instrumentation Lead trains and develops a team of instrument technicians by fostering a culture of safety, technical expertise, and innovation.
