Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical and instrumentation engineering or related subject
15 years of progressive construction or electrical engineering experience
20 years of relevant experience in the MENA region (in lieu of degree)
Physically able to conduct field inspections and participate in project walk-downs
Strong English language communication and report writing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite software programs
Experience in 3D and 4D modelling software
Working knowledge of Set Route application
Previous supervisory experience within electrical discipline
Knowledge and application of Zero Accident Safety Philosophy
Broad knowledge of Construction Standard Work Process Procedures
Thorough knowledge of current industry standards
Broad knowledge of Project ES&H handbook and Bechtel Core Processes
