This position will call on MUSH (Municipalities, Universities, Schools, & Hospitals) Industry Leaders and decision makers and institutional markets with proactive, industry leading electrical, mechanical, resiliency, sustainability and maintenance services that show customer bottom line cost savings in their facility operating budget while ensuring energy consuming systems run reliably, optimally and sustainably through guaranteed energy savings

Job Summary

  • This position will call on MUSH (Municipalities, Universities, Schools, & Hospitals) Industry Leaders and decision makers and institutional markets with proactive, industry leading electrical, mechanical, resiliency, sustainability and maintenance services that show customer bottom line cost savings in their facility operating budget while ensuring energy consuming systems run reliably, optimally and sustainably through guaranteed energy savings.
  • Bundled solutions or large single items projects will also be the responsibility of the Senior BDM.

Salary

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00; Bonus/Equity: You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program; Benefits: ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in outside business-to-business selling
  • Track record of success in selling technical bundled solutions
  • Financial acumen and ESCO (Energy Service Company) sales experience a plus
  • Proven track record and experience including consultative sales, new business development, meeting an annual revenue sales quota, identifying customer’s budgets, and cost justification selling, required
  • Must possess high volume cold calling experience
  • Strong computer proficiency
