Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years as Business Process Analyst or similar
5+ years in knowledge management and KCS
Experience with AI chatbot/automated systems
Process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)
2+ years experience with SQL and data visualization tools
