Solventum is seeking a Product Owner for its Enterprise AI Center of Excellence based in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product ownership, particularly in AI and analytics, and will be responsible for defining product vision, managing backlogs, and ensuring alignment with business strategies
Job Summary
Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned AI products and capabilities, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and business unit priorities within a hub and spoke model.
Translate business needs into actionable AI requirements by owning the end-to-end backlog (epics, features, user stories) across data, models, integrations, and user workflows.
Embed Responsible AI and compliance by design by incorporating security, privacy, regulatory, and ethical AI requirements into acceptance criteria and release gating.

Key Requirements

Experience prioritizing and managing backlogs using Agile methodologies
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
