Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel providing 24/7 health care and nursing services to residents.
Oversees clinical operations including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions to ensure safety and respect.
Acts as backup for the Director of Nursing and nursing staff, provides reports and recommendations, and assists in staff training and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
Good standing with State Board of Nursing
3-5 years nurse management experience
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
