Base: $117,000 - $175,400 USD (Atlanta); Base: $111,000 - $197,300 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years Workday HCM integration experience
REST API and OAuth/OIDC/SAML authentication
Python, SQL, or Java programming proficiency
End-to-end solution architecture design
Agentic AI workflow design and deployment
Nice-to-have
Experience with Sana, Flowise, or Pipedream
MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato middleware expertise
Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities
Sales cycle engagement and scoping skills
Deep knowledge of JSON and API governance
Key Requirements
5+ years Workday HCM or 8+ years ERP technical experience
4+ years consulting as an Advisory Lead or Architect
Bachelor's degree in Finance, MIS, or related field preferred
Workday Pro Integrations Certification or AI PaaS certifications preferred
