• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C++ or Rust
• Linux development environments experience
• Data structures, algorithms, concurrency, code optimization expertise
• Troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems experience
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
