The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all US site-related activities and functions including distribution and manufacturing, both directly and indirectly for 2K Polymer - UK.
Lead and sustain a Zero Incident / World-Class Safety culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and local regulations.
Manage operating budgets, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate inventory levels to achieve key performance indicators.
