Job Summary

  • Assist TMX Group Limited and its subsidiaries with a diverse range of corporate and securities matters, including public company reporting, credit and debt facilities, governance and sustainability reporting.
  • Prepare continuous disclosure documents, assist in the review of other disclosure documents, and support the Human Resources Team with amendments to long-term incentive plans.
  • Provide proactive, practical and timely legal advice and assistance to various business units and corporate functions.
