  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate positions, ensuring seamless service delivery and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
  • Deliver HR services in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborate to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and projects, reviewing and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.
