The Director of Nursing Operations is responsible for the overall operations of the nursing department, including high-quality, cost-effective delivery of patient care, managing nursing personnel, and developing and implementing approved department projects and goals.

Key Requirements
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
CRRN Certification required within three years
Minimum three years hospital nursing management
Masters degree or working towards completion
Current CPR Certification
