Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for providing strategic HR Technology leadership and supporting HR Shared Services delivery model to enable Regal Rexnord to execute its global HR Strategy.
  • Responsible for evaluating and implementing a clear and cohesive technology framework, centered on Workday, in partnership with HR COE Functional owners that enable the facilitation of efficient HR processes and service delivery.
  • The successful candidate must be an experienced leader who is a skilled collaborator and able to generate win-win outcomes by building partnerships across the enterprise while aligning expectations and integrating various points of view.

Key Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in HR / HR Technology and HR Shared Services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience leading a global decentralized HR technology and Shared Services team
  • Deep experience of all components and functionality within Workday
