Job Summary
Lead cross-functional projects and programs across assigned product category(s) to drive the development and commercialization of new product and packaging innovations.
Guide projects through the Stages and Gates process, facilitate identification of project risks, and provide clear, timely project updates to leadership.
Work with leading tools, including Power BI and Tableau, in a collaborative culture to deliver high-quality commercial and financial outcomes.

Base: $150,000 - $172,000; Bonus/Equity: 30% Annual Incentive Reference Value; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits
