Job Summary

  • Collaborate and provide support in projects, improving decision-making processes and delivering added value to internal clients.
  • Manage various HR subfamilies including development, compliance, selection, onboarding, terminations, employee relations, compensation, relocation, migration, training, mobility, talent, performance, and HRIS.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies, lead HR strategy, identify improvement measures, and coordinate with other HR areas like labor relations, selection, training, compensation, and analytics.
