Manage various HR subfamilies including development, compliance, selection, onboarding, terminations, employee relations, compensation, relocation, migration, training, mobility, talent, performance, and HRIS.
Ensure implementation of HR policies, lead HR strategy, identify improvement measures, and coordinate with other HR areas like labor relations, selection, training, compensation, and analytics.
