  • This position is responsible for aligning resources and delivering customized Human Resource service solutions aligned with clients’ business goals resulting in improved performance management and positively impacting client businesses.
  • Utilizes profound knowledge in employee relations, legislation interpretation, benefits, wage and hour regulations, and employee performance management; advises clients on human resource-related issues; suggests innovative HR strategies; and delivers comprehensive guidance, including HR policy interpretation and best practices aligned with employment laws across all 50 states.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in a matrixed environment
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
