Job Summary

  • This role plays a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of the resort’s kitchens and dining outlets by ensuring that all stewarding functions are carried out efficiently and in line with the highest hygiene and safety standards.
  • The supervisor will monitor cleanliness standards in all back-of-house kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and storage areas, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and food safety regulations at all times.
  • Supporting staff training, maintaining strong communication within the team, and fostering a positive working environment are important aspects of the role.
