Job Summary

  • Oversee the management and continuous improvement of health, welfare, leave of absence, and wellbeing programs.
  • Serve as the end-to-end owner of Cambium’s leave of absence and accommodation programs, accountable for vendor performance, case quality, compliance execution, and a seamless employee experience.
  • Analyze medical, pharmacy, leave, and utilization data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for smarter program design and efficiency.
