The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and administrative direction.
This role involves maintaining employee attendance records, coordinating nursing schedules, assisting with employee forms, and communicating staffing needs with nursing supervisors and administration.
The Scheduler/Receptionist is expected to maintain confidentiality, support staff development, participate in committee meetings, and comply with safety and sanitation procedures.
