Job Summary

  • Develop the training process, implementing technical training and ensures the necessary skills for the employees.
  • You will be mainly accountable for developing promotion systems, managing competency certification, leading technical onboarding, and designing technical training materials.
  • You will partner with managers and employees to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies, acting as a partner, coach, and facilitator.
