Key Requirements

  • BA or BS in finance, business, HR, economics
  • 5+ years executive compensation experience
  • Publicly traded company experience
  • Consulting role supporting public companies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid financial acumen
  • Experience with HRIS (WorkDay a plus)
  • Expert MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
