Job Summary
Ensure the proper operations and management of all plants, systems and equipment, building, landscape and gardens, and grounds at their optimum conditions.
Ensure that life safety systems throughout the entire property are, at all times, on their readiness and maintain highest standards.
Carry out all regular planned maintenance programs to all E&M systems, guestrooms, public areas, Heart of House etc.

Key Requirements
3-5 years experience in 5-star hotel or large commercial property
Diploma in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical or rated disciplines
Registered Safety Manager or Officer preferred
Good command in Cantonese/Mandarin and English
Working knowledge of MS Office
Technical knowledge of HVAC, High Tension Switch Board, Generators
Working knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Systems
Valid Macau Construction Industry Safety Card is an advantage
