** Eastbaypostacute is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll professional to assist in administering HR policies, onboarding new employees, managing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Job Summary

  • Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations, including philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control, and facility policies and procedures.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely, including processing and monitoring garnishment orders and preparing payroll allocations reports for the finance team.
  • Partner with the assigned HRBP on complex HR cases, providing support and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and objectives, and regularly completing audits and corrections to ensure facility compliance.
