Job Summary
Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations, including philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control, and facility policies and procedures.
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely, including processing and monitoring garnishment orders and preparing payroll allocations reports for the finance team.
Partner with the assigned HRBP on complex HR cases, providing support and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and objectives, and regularly completing audits and corrections to ensure facility compliance.

Key Requirements
