Bakersfield Post Acute is seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for all shifts to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants. Ideal candidates will possess a current LVN license in California and have experience in a skilled nursing facility

Job Summary

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Ensure care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and direction from the Director of Nursing or Nurse Supervisor.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and monitor medication records for completeness.
