Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8 to 12 years FP&A experience
  • 4 years at PE-backed company
  • Built rolling multi-quarter forecast from scratch
  • Deep fluency in SaaS metrics ARR MRR NRR
  • Prepared PE board package or data room

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with hybrid recurring services and software model
  • Familiarity with NetSuite Salesforce and Looker
  • Previous PE sponsor transition or M&A process experience
  • Experience mentoring FP&A analysts or associates
  • Background in digital marketing or SMB SaaS markets

Key Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of FP&A experience
  • At least 4 years at a PE-backed company
  • Experience building forecasts from scratch
  • Knowledge of Rule of 40 and lender-adjusted EBITDA
