Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • You will be expected to develop work assignments, delegate authority to charge nurses, and ensure that sufficient licensed personnel are available to maintain quality care for all residents.
  • This role requires active participation in committee meetings, facility surveys, and the development of written policies and procedures to support the nursing service department.
