Salary
$150,000 – $200,000 per year; Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Student Loan Repayment, UpToDate subscription, PTO, Malpractice insurance

Key Requirements
Active and unrestricted NP, PA, or Physician license
New York State license in good standing
6 months of experience in long-term care
Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk 6-8 hours
