Job Summary

  • The Integrated Care Manager, RN Cardiac Surgery Navigator is responsible and accountable for the provision and facilitation of comprehensive care coordination services and quality outcomes for patients across the continuum.
  • This 24-bed cardiac surgical/procedural IMCU provides care to pre and post cardiac surgery patients to include: bypass surgery, cardiac valve repairs/replacements, thoracic surgery/lung diagnostics, and other cardiac based procedures and treatments.

Key Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing
  • 3 years of nursing experience
  • Virginia RN License
  • BLS within 90 days of hire
  • ACLS within 1 year of hire
