Job Summary

  • Service Operations Excellence Specialist supports Service Operations Excellence Manager and Service operations management in the frontline to implement, ensure compliance and maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and the supporting systems.
  • Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations according to agreed focus areas, identify and propose concrete improvement actions based on analysis, and support managers in setting and following-up targets.

Key Requirements

  • University degree (B.Sc.) in Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • Project Management and benefit realization experience

  • Knowledge of Service operations tools and processes
  • Prior Experience of ERP or other reporting solutions
